Fun Day – June 24th

Next Friday June 24th is the St. Paul Fun Day. This year we will be able to resume our Appreciation Breakfast and Fun Day activities after having to pause these events for the past two years due to COVID-19 protocols.
It is a morning of games and activities for students to celebrate the end of the school year. All of the students in the school are divided into 12 multi-age groups and rotate through a series of 15 stations throughout the morning. The Grade Sevens will all be in the same groups as their Kindergarten buddy along with other buddy pairs from the rest of the classes.
Fun Day is a non-uniform day and all of the classes in the school have chosen themes for what they will wear on this day.

The Grade Sevens have chosen the theme of “Men in Black” for their theme.
The students should wear all black with a white shirt and black tie with sunglasses or as an alien of some kind.
The morning of Fun Day begins with an Appreciation Breakfast for parents hosted by the school staff in the gym. Doors open at 8:15am and supervision will be provided for all of the school children outside. Preschoolers will stay with their parents in the gym. You are welcome to come for a quick stop in or stay and chat for a while.
Just before 9:00am the students will proceed into the gym and we will have an Appreciation Assembly followed by a parade around the school grounds so that all of the parents and students can see the fun class themes chosen this year.
After the parade, the games and activity station rotations will begin. Family members are welcome to stay with us for the whole morning to watch the station activities.
Dismissal will be in the covered area at 12:30pm.
Snacks are provided for the students and incorporated into the station rotations.
Please email me if you have any questions and have a wonderful weekend.
Happy Father’s Day to all the Dad’s!
