Grade 6

Nov. 1-Nov. 5

Dear parents,

It was a pleasure to watch our girls play at St. Joseph the Worker on Monday. Please find a few pictures from it below. This week we worked on our book talks, talking about setting, theme, characters, and plot by watching Pixar shorts and examining short readings. We also continued to work on long division, and dividing decimals. Today, we also got to make constellation art as we begin our new science unit on space.

Next week, we will be wrapping up our math unit on decimals and continuing to progress on our book talks, being specific and adding details to ensure that we are fully explaining all of the features of our book in our writing.

A friendly reminder that there is no school next Friday.

Have a wonderful weekend!

Sincerely,

Mr. Graham
