Hello Grade 3 Families!
We had a wonderful two days at the CISVA Conference that filled our hearts with the love and joy of being a teacher walking in His love and His peace. It was, and always is, a beautiful way to prepare our hearts for Lent.
I hope that you are already enjoying the long weekend and that your Family Day will be filled with memorable moments ☺️✨!
The students have chosen their partner(s) and the animal for the science, LA and Visual Art cross-curricular unit on ecosystems. They will be doing research for their project in class this week and adding the information to their LA skit. Your child can start to do part of their research at home. The research is on the animal’s physical description, diet, its habitat, life cycle, and a few interesting facts.
Next week they will start working on the diorama. I will be posting information on this part of the project in Class Info by Wednesday.
This week we will also be joining the other primary students in celebrating the 100th day of school on Wednesday. The primary students and teachers will be dressing up like a hundred year old person.
*Since we have Lent mass in the morning, please have your child keep any accessories inside their backpack during mass.

- Triple’O Hot Lunch: please make sure that your child brings their own utensils
Wednesday ~ February 21st
- 100th Day of School Celebration!
- Have your child dress up as if they were 100 years old. Be as creative as you want with glasses, hair, and outfits! However, any accessories brought to school must be kept inside their backpack during Mass.

- Dismissal is at 2 pm
