It is very important that you tell your child who is picking them up and where that person will be waiting.
We recommend that, if possible, all Grade One parents/caregivers park in the back-parking lot and walk to the covered area to meet their child at afternoon pick-up time. We do have a brief transition time in September when we will go to the covered area with the students to make sure that everyone is comfortable with the pick-up routine. The goal is for the students to independently exit the school and meet the person who is picking them up.
