Kindergarten

January 16th – 20th

Hi Kinder Families,

Our conversations about celebrations will continue as we continue to learn about Baptism; finding out that when they got baptized, they became a part of God’s family by receiving the Holy Spirit. The children will even act out a Baptism, by taking on the role of different people present at this special sacrament!

Last week, we recognized Black Excellence Day in support of anti-racism. The students watched a Sesame Street video about treating people with kindness no matter the colour of their skin. We also read a story called It’s Okay to Be Different by Todd Parr and had a class discussion about how God made us all differently and that we are special and unique.
