Hi Grade 5 Families!

It’s been a great first week back! We have gotten to know each other and despite all the out-of-ordinary occurrences, we have started to get into the routine of things! Just a reminder to continually check both the Grade 5 & PE Blog for information regarding the classroom and extra-curricular activities!

Another note, as I will be away at Outdoor Ed with Grade 7s this week, Mr. Forrest will be in for me from Tuesday to Friday!

  • Assembly led by Grade 5 & 2 @ 9 am – You’re always welcome to join us!

 

Homework:

  1. Artifact/Item that represents you: As part of our “All About Me” Theme, please bring an item or artifact that represents who you are, presently, as a student in Grade 5!
  2. Reading: Continue to read for 30 minutes each day!

Friendly Reminders: 

  1. Walkathon Forms: Start to get those pledges to raise money for our school! (And get a PIZZA PARTY!!)
  2. Cross Country Forms: Due Monday, September 10th, as Cross Country starts on Monday!
  3. Blogs: Continue to check the PE and Grade 5 Blog for updates on the classroom, volleyball and cross country!

Extra Items: If you have not already brought in your extra items, please bring them in by Monday, September 10th:

  3. Boots – it’s meant to rain this week! Make sure you have boots! 🙂
