Grade 4

September 20-24

Hello Grade Four Families,

It was a very busy and productive week in Grade Four. Here is a quick outline of the topics we are covering in class:

Religion: The Liturgical Year. We had a wonderful visit from Father Felix today.

Reading: Making connections

Writing: Four Square Writing Method (to create one paragraph)

Social Studies: First Contact

Plus, Communication Skills

Science will begin next week!

Google Classroom:

We had the opportunity to use the Chromebooks this week and learned how to complete assignments on Google Classroom. To log in at home, your child needs to type in their email address on a device by using their firstnamelastname@stpaulschool.ca (no spaces in between first and last name). If your child cannot log in using the new password they created, ask them to use the school password.

If you would like to have your child work on their typing skills, please use Dance Mat Typing.
