Hello Grade 3 Families!
I hope that you have a wonderful Thanksgiving Day! Today is when we take the time to give thanks to the Lord for abundantly providing us with everything we need for our families and within our community. May we continue to thank Him throughout the year.
October is the month of the Holy Rosary✨. This coming week the students will be memorizing the Glory Be and the Fatima Prayer. Next week they will start memorizing the Apostles’ Creed. The following week they will pray the Holy Rosary with their table group. Please have your child bring a rosary ( preferably their own) to school by October 19th.
Your child may have shared with you how my mother, when she was their age, was miraculously healed from tuberculosis by Mother Mary while fervently praying the Holy Rosary. I always share this with my students to help them understand the strong connection that is created with Mother Mary when we pray the rosary with intention✨!

Monday ~ October 9th
- No school: Thanksgiving Day
Tuesday ~ October 10th
- The Walkathon monies are due today
- Bring runners back to school today if used for Garry Point Fun Run

Wednesday ~ October 11th
- PE
- Dismissal is at 2 pm
Thursday ~ October 12th
- 9:15 am: School Mass led by Gr. 6 ~ you are welcome to join us
- Library
Friday ~ October 13th
- 9 am: assembly in gym led by Gr. 7 & K
- Canella Hot Lunch
- French
- PE
