Grade 2

November 27-December 1

Hello Grade Two Families,

This past week, we wrapped up our Saints unit by creating mini books about some of the holy men and women whose stories inspire us to do what is pleasing to God. The children particularly enjoyed learning about St. Nicholas, and how he used his money to help those in need. They were able to reflect on ways they could be kind and generous, just like him, and even considered their family and friends when writing their letters to Santa. The class is now very excited to deliver their mail to the North Pole on Friday!
