Hi Everyone:
A final note to update our now completed CISVA Volleyball season. Our Gr. 5 & 6 Boys’ teams wrapped up their season last week with some very close games at the Harry Jerome Sports Centre as part of the CISVA Boys’ Championship Tournament. Although they were not victorious, both teams were fine representatives of our school community and played very well. Special mention and thanks to our very supportive parents for arranging transportation for all of the boys as well as providing lunch for the players (& their coach!).
I would be remiss to not mention the time and effort that Miss Guevara and Miss Haughian put in over the past months coaching their respective teams. Their dedication and commitment to Crusader Volleyball is commendable. I would like to thank all of the members of my Gr. 6 Boys’ team for all the hard work they have done since early September. I am very proud of each one of the team members with particular mention to the four players who were new to the team this year. I am excited to see what the future holds for this group.
