Hi Everyone:
Two additional Ski forms went home with the Gr. 5 & 6 students yesterday. Please return the signed forms to the classroom teacher by Friday of this week.
The “Alpine Responsibility Code” form must be filled out on both sides and signed by both the student as well as the parent/guardian. Please note that our students will NOT be using the Terrain Park or its features as part of their lessons or their free skiing time. I ask that you fill out both sides of the form to fulfill the requirements set forth by Grouse Mountain Resort. All participating stuednts must submit this form.
The second form is for students who will be renting ski equipment. This waiver must be initialed at the top by the parent/guardian and signed by both the student as well as the parent/guardian. I will fill in the “witness” section on the bottom right corner of this form. I will also be collecting the pertinent data for the ski rentals (student height, weight, shoe size etc. in the coming weeks)
