Good afternoon Kindergarten families,
We have had a busy week in the classroom! The students have been learning all about the letter e and h and in Math we have been exploring different patterns. The students have been listening to stories about the Gingerbread Man and have been doing lots of activities based on the story. On Monday we will go on a Gingerbread Man hunt so please check our Class Dojo next week to see what we were up to!

Friendly Reminders:
- Learning Conferences – Appointment bookings open on Saturday, October 15th. See information that was sent home this past week. These conferences are parents and teachers only to allow parents adequate time to discuss their child’s transition into Kindergarten. Conferences will take place in the classroom and time slots are restricted to 10 minutes. We look forward to meeting with you during your allocated time!
- Halloween boxes- Can you please bring in an empty shoebox, by Wednesday October19th as we will be decorating them for our Halloween party!
- Scholastic Reading Club– The October flyer has been placed in your child’s homework folder. If you would like to order from Scholastic (optional), please enter Kindergarten’s class code RC318627 at checkout so that we can receive rewards for our classroom! Thank you in advance for your support.
