Good afternoon Kinder families!
On Monday we had our hot chocolate and used marshmallows to help us add to 10! Yesterday was a very special day for our school community and we hope everyone who was able to attend in some way enjoyed it! We look forward to another great week of learning and playing!

Homework:
- Please continue 10 to 15 minutes of home reading (please use “My Reading” book, “My Read Well” book, and books from home)
- Read Well– Please finish letter ‘i’ page if it is not completed.
- UFLI– Home Practice lesson 8 was sent home today and the “I Sit, I Tap” story. Please ask your child to read it to you.
- Splash Learn– A great learning tool to further support your child in Math. Please use the login instructions that were sent home last week or send us an email if you are having any difficulties.
Friendly Reminders:
Socks/ Extra Layers – With the Winter season in full swing and the expected rain (or snow), please feel free to send your child to school wearing an extra layer just please ensure that the layers are in school appropriate colours. On wet days, we suggest packing an extra pair of socks in your child’s backpack, just in case.
Show & Tell- If your child missed their assigned day, they are always welcome to bring their show & tell the day they get back to school!
Scholastic Reading Club– The January flyer can be accessed here. If you would like to order from Scholastic (optional), please enter Kindergarten’s class code RC318627 at checkout so that we can receive rewards for our classroom! Thank you in advance for your support.
