Grade 1

May 15 – 19

Hello Grade One Families!

Thank you to all families for bringing in your field trip forms! The children are so excited to go to Science World to celebrate the ending of our unit on Light and Sound. Thank you to all the parent volunteers. There were many volunteers so we will be drawing names, and will let you know by next week!

The Grade 1 students have been preparing for our Grade 5 / 1 assembly, which takes place on Wednesday May 17th. If your child received a part to practice, please read over it with them at home each day to prepare! The assembly will also be the Farewell assembly for Father Felix, so we have prepared something very special. If you are able to join us, please do!

Lastly, and most importantly, wishing a Happy Mother’s Day to all of our Grade One mothers! We hope that you enjoy a joyful and restful weekend together with your family!
