Hello Grade One Families!
Last week, the Grade One’s did an excellent job leading both assembly and Mass! We are so proud of all the children for practicing at home, and doing such a wonderful job! Thank you to all the parents that were able to join us at assembly, as well as Mass!
This week we look forward to many celebrations! On Tuesday, we will celebrate Valentine’s Day and on Wednesday, we will celebrate our 100th Day of School! We look forward to celebrating with your children, and also for Family Day long weekend. Please note there is no school on Thursday, Friday, and Monday.

Tuesday
- Valentine’s Day Dress Down- students may wear red, pink and/or white clothes to school instead of their uniform ($2 donation to Chalice)
- Valentine’s Day Treats- if students are bringing Valentine’s Day cards/treats to school for their classmates please ensure that there is one for everyone just as you did on Halloween (thank-you!) and that treats are individually wrapped and nut-free ~ bringing cards/treats is entirely optional.
- Please be sure to send a reusable bag with your children to take their treats home.
