Listed below is some important information regarding the CISVA Cross Country Meet at Swangard Stadium next Wednesday.
Each age group will have a separate boys’ & girls’ event.
Gr. 2 & 3 – 1.63 Km
Gr. 4 & 5 – 2.25 Km
Gr. 6 & 7 – 2.88 Km
Event Schedule:
Races Begin @ 10:45 am sharp with the Gr. 2 Girls’ & Boys’ races. St. Paul’s will have competitors in the Gr. 2 Division for the first time this year.
The remaining races will be in the following order : 3G, 3B, Intermediate Fun Run, Primary Fun Run, 4G, 4B, 5G, 5B, 6G, 6B, 7G, 7B.
Students will run in their gym strip and will need additional appropriate clothing to stay warm & dry. (i.e. hoodies, rain jackets, sweat pants, toques, baseball caps etc.)
Students will also need a healthy lunch, snacks, and plenty of water.
We ask that all students be at Swangard Stadium by 10:30 am. Please note that this event is almost as busy as the CISVA Track & Field Championships so please leave yourselves plenty of time to find parking at or near the stadium. We will meet in our traditional spot in Section ‘C’ (2nd tunnel as you enter the stadium – up & to the left).
