Hi Kinder Families,
This week, we learned about St. Nicholas! We decorated shoes and put them on our windows, to take part in the tradition of St. Nicholas leaving gifts for people in need. St. Nicholas was full surprises this week, as he left us a chocolate coin on our shoes and sent us our new elf, who we named Chippy, to watch over us and make sure we’re preparing for Jesus’ birth; by being kind and generous to one another!

Homework:
“My Reading Book” (Inside Homework Folder): We have sent home a worksheet about Advent and a countdown to Jesus’ birth titled “On My Way to Bethlehem”. We encourage you to spend time speaking with your child about Advent and reading some Christmas books! 10 minutes reading daily is all your need. You can leave the readings inside their homework folder.
Show & Tell: If your child missed their assigned day, they are always welcome to bring their show & tell the day they get back to school!
