Grade 7

Week of November 27 – Friday December 1st

Hello, Grade 7 families,

I hope you had a wonderful weekend! Something unusual is happening this week – a full 5 day week!

Yes, it’s been a while, but I am pleased to say that the professional development day my fellow colleagues and I attended this passed Friday on assessment and evaluation was very enriching. As a fellow parent, I understand that arranging for childcare can be difficult so thank you for your flexibility in supporting us to grow in our profession.

Congratulations to Girls and Boys Volleyball Teams

Well done to all of our players this year in doing their best to represent St Paul School one last time in volleyball. We are proud of you!

Here’s what is happening this week:

Tuesday November 28 – St Thomas More

On this day we will have a visit from representatives of St Thomas More High School who will present to the students about life at STM for those who may wish to apply there. Student should have their questions ready

Thursday November 30 – Confession

Please remind your child to complete their examination of conscience on Wednesday evening ahead of receiving this Sacrament.

Looking Ahead to Next Week

Lastly, this is to give advance notice that the Grade 7 class will be leading the December 8 assembly with their Kindergarten buddies. Please join us if you are available!

Have a wonderful week ahead!

Mr. Kirkham
