We had a wonderful Walkathon last Friday. Thank you to all the parents who came to walk with us!
The following are some important upcoming events and deadlines:
Hot Lunch Serving – Tomorrow (Friday) and Monday.
Walkathon Forms & Money – Due Wednesday, Oct. 9th.
LifeTouch Photo Day – Thursday, Oct. 10th. Students must have their school sweater on this day.
Field Trip to Fraser River Discovery Centre – Wednesday October 16th. Parent supervisors have already been contacted. If you were contacted, please email me to confirm that you can still attend. If you have not been contacted but signed up, we hope to have you along on a future field trip!
Learning Conference Day – Friday, Oct. 18th. No regular classes on this day. Appointment sign up opens on Friday, Oct. 11th at 9am – see Thursday letter for details.
Garry Point Fun Run – Friday, Oct. 11th. See PE blog for details.
Parent Volleyball Night – Save the date! Friday, Oct. 25th. More details to come.
Correction – Unfortunately, it was brought to my attention that the volunteer opportunity I posted recently (regarding washing pumpkins), is for age 15 years and up. Apologies!
