One week left of school before Christmas Break!
Advent Party – Thank You!
Thank you to Mrs. Plourde and Mrs. Lam, our wonderful Room Parents, who organized and facilitated the Grade Seven Advent Party this past Thursday December 9th – as you can see, a great time was had!
I also wanted to say thank you for the lovely gift from you all. I will be reading these over the break! Book club anyone?? And the lovely laminated card that went along with it that included the students’ heartwarming Christmas messages made my day – thank you!
Advent Choral Celebration
Please refer to Ms. Moorehead’s email for all the information regarding this beautiful event we have for you on Tuesday December 14th at 1pm and 7pm. Your child brought home your tickets today. Please do not lose them as we are unable to hand out extras! All the classes are so excited to present our Advent songs and readings to you!
Rock Band
As we will be practicing now during school hours on Monday and presenting on Tuesday at the Advent Choral Celebration, there will be no morning practices next week!
Last Day – December 17th – Noon Dismissal
And finally, next Friday December 17th is both a dress down day (dress in Christmas colours/accessories/ugly sweaters/Santa suits/etc) + noon dismissal.
