Hello Grade Five Families!
It was so wonderful to see all of you on Friday at your child’s student-led conference. I hope that you enjoyed seeing what we are learning and experiencing some of our class activities.
Today is Good Shepherd Sunday. Jesus is our shepherd, keeping us safe and guiding us to our home in heaven. We also give thanks for the shepherds of our faith on Earth including Pope Francis, Archbishop Miller, Fr. Smith, and Fr. Sajy. May God bless them in their work. 🙂
Please note the following for this week:Â
Monday
- return all school library books please
- PE class ~ please make sure that your child has their PE strip and shoes
- Yummy Pasta hot lunch for those who ordered ~ please make sure that your child has cutlery
Tuesday
- D.A.R.E. Program with Constable Walker from 10:35 – 11:35am
Wednesday
- PE class ~ PE strip and shoes are needed
Thursday
- please join us for Mass at 9:15am
- PE class ~ PE strip and shoes are needed
Friday
- please join us as the Grade 5 and 1 students lead the school Assembly at 9:00am in the gym
- PE class ~ PE strip is needed
