Grade 5

Week of November 15th

Hi Grade Five Families,

I hope you all had a wonderful week! Yet another short week at school, but still a busy one!

This week, we looked at the scientific method and carried out an experiment testing the bounce of different balls. The grade fives also did an amazing job helping the grade twos with their first assembly this year. Today we were lucky to have another visit from Sargent Walker. She took the time to talk to the grade 5-7s about internet use and safety online, it was a really interesting discussion about the students’ online presence. Reminder that there is no school tomorrow (Friday) as there is a staff Pro-D.

Here is what’s happening in grade five next week:

Monday

Nova Hot Lunch

P.E. and French

Tuesday

P.E.

Wednesday

D.A.R.E.

Buddies

Thursday

French and Music

Friday

Have a wonderful long weekend!

Best,

Ms. Carroll
