Grade 5

Week of May 13 – 17

Hi Grade 5 Families,

Happy Mother’s Day! I hope you were showered with extra love! This week had our annual St. Paul’s/St. Joe’s Track Meet at Minoru! We were blessed with such beautiful weather and it is always fun to see our friends from St. Joe’s! We’re looking forward to continuing our track and field practices as we prepare for the VC Track Meet this coming Thursday!

Our featured image this week is from our Assembly on Friday. As you know, we as a school are making strides to be more sustainable. One of the Grade 6 students was inspired by his class inquiry and decided to create edible spoons. He shared his experience and student from each grade got to try out using the spoon to eat yoghurt! What a creative way to be sustainable!
