Grade 5

Week of June 20th

Hi Grade Five Families,

It is hard to believe that I am writing our last blog post of the year! It has been such a fun adventure as well as a privilege to be the grade five teacher this year. A special thank you to each of you parents for all the work you do to make being a part of this school such an enjoyable experience. I am sincerely going to miss being a St. Paul teacher!!

Our blog photo this week is a group shot from Watermania yesterday! The students had so much fun playing in the water! Thank you so much Ms. Guevara and Mrs. Cordero for all their help yesterday and all year!

The blog is being posted a day early to ensure you have seen all information that may be needed for Fun Day tomorrow.

Two important notes for Tomorrow:

There is a face-painting / temporary tattoo station for the students. If your child does not want pace paint / temporary tattoos please tell them to let the adult running the station know on the day. (See Ms. Moorehead’s email)

Dismissal is at 12.30 and it is a theme dress-down day which the students already know.

Please make sure you stop in for the appreciation breakfast happening tomorrow morning. The St.Paul staff are looking forward to hosting you all in the gym as a small thank you for all you do for our school community throughout the year!

Report Cards will be sent home on Tuesday at dismissal time (12pm) with your child. Reports cannot be given out prior to this day. Please contact the office regarding pick-up if you are not here on the last day of school.

Finally, on behalf of Mrs. Jagpal, Ms. Mahll and Myself, thank you grade five families for a fantastic school year. Wishing you all a wonderful, fun-filled, safe Summer.
