Hi Grade 5 Families,

Welcome back! I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and New Years with your loved ones! I just wanted to thank you for the wonderful Christmas gift; it was very thoughtful!

We’re looking forward to a very regular week, and getting back into the swing of things! Here’s to 2021!

Friendly Reminders:

  1. Daily Health Assessment Form: 
    • A reminder to please print 2 copies of the Daily Health Assessment Form.
    • One to be completed and sent to school tomorrow and the other to be kept at home for daily assessments prior to coming to school.
    • The form was sent via email from the office, but I have attached a copy here as well
