Grade 4

Week of Oct. 26-30

Dear Grade Four Families,

It was nice to be able to chat with each of you (and officially meet some of you) this past Thursday and Friday during the Learning Conference Day. I know 10 minutes was such a short time, but I hope you received some insight as to how your child is doing so far in Grade Four. Thank you for all the guidance you are providing them at home in helping them with their learning. I truly appreciate the partnership we have in helping them grow in their understanding of the curriculum, in their responsibility for producing and completing quality work, and in their commitment of being faithful followers of Christ.

We had a wonderful mass this past Wednesday with Fr. Joseph. It was so nice to be at church to worship and pray together as a community. Before mass, Father took the time to show us the different things used in the church (as this is our current unit in class). He even took the time to put on his vestments in front of the children and showed the children the different layers. The students were very well behaved and actively participated with all the responses. Father Joseph was very pleased, and I was very proud of them!
