Week of March 9 – 13

Dear Grade Four Families,

This week, we had an opportunity to listen to St. Patrick’s Chamber Choir. We had 4 alumni students in that choir, including Gianna’s sister!  They were lead by their choir director, Mr. Tony Araujo, and they sounded incredible! Our favourite song was “The Coconut Nut.”

As a Lenten activity, we made Easter cards for people who are in prison to show that we are thinking of them. This helped us know that we are doing what God is asking us to do, which is to care for others. This was a perfect activity for our learning of the corporal works of mercy.  We are also going to be learning about the spiritual works of mercy.
