Dear Grade Four Families,
It was a busy week of learning in Grade 4! We started the Open Parachute program which gives the students skills to support their mental health. Please make sure you have watched the Moorehead Message (sent October 7th) which introduces this program. Throughout the program, I will post the theme we are working on so you can follow along with the related video series and resources at home. For this week, please click on the “Dashboard” button, then “Parent Resources – Childhood” and watch the Introduction video under the “Welcome to the Course” tab on the left.
Some students may have some work to complete on Google Classroom this weekend. Here are the steps to access their account at home:
- Use any tablet, computer or laptop
- Open a browser window and search Google Classroom
- Log in with their school email and password
A reminder that registration for Parent Teacher Conferences opens today (Saturday, October 15th). I look forward to meeting with everyone on Thursday or Friday.
