Dear Grade Four Families,
Thank you for your generous donations today for Jeans Day in support of BC Children’s Hospital. We did a decade of the Rosary this morning for all the suffering children and the healthcare workers taking care of them.
This week, we discussed how May is the month of Mary and the class wrote their own prayers to Mother Mary. I was very impressed by their beautiful words, please see the bulletin board displaying them below. They assisted their grade one buddies in the Crowning of Mary Mass on Thursday and did a wonderful job.
Thank you for making it to the early morning track & field practices this week. We can’t wait for the track meet on Monday! Please remind the students to dress appropriately for the weather and to be ready to have some fun! Please see Mr. Kelly’s PE blog for more details. Go Crusaders Go!
The students are coming home today with a “Story from Home” worksheet to be completed by Tuesday. Please see my email to come with further details.
*Reminder that shrimp, shellfish, and nuts are not to be brought to school as there are allergies in the classroom.
