Good Morning Grade 4 Families,

I hope you all had a relaxing weekend. For those families celebrating the Lunar New Year, I wish you and your loved ones peace, prosperity and good health in the year of the rabbit.

The students enjoyed learning about Ted Harrison last week, a Canadian artist known for his paintings of the tundra in the Yukon. Inspired by his art, the students created their own landscape paintings using pastels and watercolors. They practiced using the elements of art, specifically, colour, line and value. Please see some images below.
