Grade 3

January 10th~14th

Hello Grade 3 Families!

I would like to begin by thanking you for the wonderful Christmas gifts! I am deeply touched and moved by your generosity and kindness^^* I wish you all peace, love, health, and many memorable moments filled with joy in the year 2022!

This Christmas Holiday was extra special for two particular reasons: we had a huge amount of snow that lasted for more than a few days, and the students had an extra week of vacation time! I hope that you were able to enjoy that extra week and that the children were diligent in their daily reading !

I’m really looking forward to meeting all of the students this coming Monday. One more week at home meant missing them that much more

*Please have your child bring their library books to school on Monday. Due to the late start date, they are all overdue and need to be put back into the system before anyone can take out other books. Thank you.

We will start out the new year with the same routine.  I will let you know of any changes in the blog or in your child’s agenda. Please make sure that your child reads for 30 minutes every day, starting this week, to continue to develop their reading skills and to help them acquire more vocabulary.

*Please read the email with the information update that Mrs. Moorehead sent in relation to the students return to school, along with the Moorehead Message.
