Grade 6

Week of Sept. 14-18

Dear Grade Six Families,

It has been an absolute joy seeing the children come back to school with a smile their face, an eagerness to learn and to be reunited with their classmates again.

The students are adhering to the new guidelines put in place by wearing their masks when they come to school and when they exit the building. In addition, they are washing and sanitizing their hands as well as putting their masks on their chair clip when not in use.

Two masks have gone home with your child on Friday and can be found in their agenda pocket. Please wash the masks and label them with your child’s name on the tag. We ask that they have a spare one in their bag at all times.

We are very thankful for Mrs. Richelle Gonzales and Mrs. Diane Gasparetto (our Homeroom Parents) for volunteering their services in assisting our class to effectively communicate with parents on an ongoing basis.

We are also thankful to have Mrs. Santa Ana and Ms. Mallh as our Educational Assistants this year.

Since the students will be going outside everyday regardless of the weather, it is important that they have the proper clothing at all times: rain gear, waterproof shoes and/or extra socks for wet feet.

Due Monday, September 14:

  1. Consent forms and Student Emergency Card (brown envelope)
  2. Recent picture of your child for the birthday board
  3. A box of tissues
  4. School supplies ( if something is missing)

If you have any questions, comments or concerns, please email us at: mcaprilli@stpaulschool.ca and mcarroll@stpaulschool.ca (please remember to email both of us!)

Have an amazing week!

Mrs. Caprilli and Ms. Carroll
