Hello Grade Two Families!

Happy Feast of the Divine Mercy! This feast day is all about God’s love and mercy for us. It is a beautiful reminder that God’s love and mercy is bigger than any sin. This ties in perfectly to our First Communion theme of Making Peace, which we covered last week!

The students also created their own butterflies last week to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus and to recognize the transformation of their own hearts. The class reflected on why Easter is a wonderful celebration and showed great appreciation for the new life we have received in Christ!

Finally, an email was sent home last week about the Student-Led Conferences, taking place on Friday, April 23rd. Please don’t forget to book your appointment time on Saturday, April 17th at 9:00 am. I look forward to seeing you then!
