Grade 2

November 8th- 10th

Good afternoon Grade 2 families,

We had a very short week this week! Today we had our Remembrance Day assembly which was led by Grade 7 and Kindergarten. The children all wore their poppies for the occasion and they learned lots about Remembrance Day and listened to some beautiful music. They also did their spelling test today and they all did a super job, well done! Aaron was our Star of the Week and did a fantastic job presenting his beautiful poster.

If any family would like the code for the Scholastic books please email me and I will pass it on.

Next week:

Monday- P.E

Tuesday- P.E and French

Wednesday- French

Thursday- Mass and Music

Friday- No school, teacher training day.

I hope you all enjoy the extra long weekend and that the children get lots of big sleeps!

If you have any queries please feel free to email me. Please note I will respond to emails on weekdays until 5pm.

Kind regards,

Ms. Maye
